IMS Consulting & Management is a South Florida-based company that specializes in the sale and management of short-term investment properties. The company caters exclusively to higher-net-worth individuals looking to invest passively in real estate assets that offer higher returns than traditional long-term rental investments. At the moment, the company is focusing on acquiring properties in the greater Ft Lauderdale area, including Las Olas, Pompano Beach, Ft Lauderdale Beach, Coral Ridge, Lauderdale by the Sea, Lighthouse Point, Hillsboro Beach, and Deerfield Beach. The company’s mission is to provide its clients with a hassle-free investment experience. Their team of experienced professionals handles everything from property acquisition to management and maintenance, allowing investors to sit back and watch their returns grow without the stress of managing the property themselves.

What we focus on.

Over the past several years, our focus has been on short term rental opportunities in residential (vacation homes) and multifamily properties on the water or near the beach primarily in the greater Fort Lauderdale market.

Catherine Salabarria has been managing real estate for over 25 years, for clients and personal portfolio alike. She has been a licensed real estate agent since 2016, brokering many transactions during that time frame. Her chosen profession out of college as a special needs teacher, taught her from an early age on how to deal with people from all walks of life. Cathy’s focus and tireless work ethic combined with her experience has proved most beneficial to clients in both short term and long term management alike.

Along with a vision of providing exceptional marketing strategies, Felix Mendoza has been able to apply his vast technical knowledge and design experience to create the best Marketing plans that both inspire and work. Felix brings over 20 years of experience and wisdom to IMS Consulting & Management. Acting as former Marketing Director for local real estate companies including Opulence International Realty, Brown Harris Stevens, and Engel & Völkers Miami, he prides himself on having worked with some of the most respected sales professionals who know what it’s like to create Marketing campaigns that yield returns while staying on brand, on message, and on budget.

Felix’s expertise includes website development, graphic design, illustration, 3D modeling, video editing, print production, social media marketing, and digital marketing. He graduated from Miami International Fine Arts College with a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design and Animation. Felix taught Graphic Design and Web Design at Lindsay Hopkins Technical College in the early 2000s. Combined with knowledgeable backgrounds and experience, Felix and IMS Consulting & Management have joined forces to create a collective that provides solid marketing support and services for investors with varied resources and goals.

My name is Bella May. Im from beautiful Fort Lauderdale. Starting my unforseen career in the hospitality business at the young age of 14. Now I have 21 years experience in most bar/restaurant environments. I was with Darden for 6 years resulting in becoming a corporate trainer and opening new locations. I have worked high volume at dance clubs, every kind of private party you can think of, dive/local bars, even some festivals like Tortuga and a couple of concerts. I’ve loved to host and organize fundraisers to raise money also. Fostering for animals in need for several years now and they can always use donations. So I help them get them!

Over the years I have become a regular call for private events so finely I got smart and decided to open Mixin’ Vixen. It is amazing having creative freedom and presenting my clients with fun cocktails and such for their events! Along with my upbeat personable personality, it makes for a great party! Remembering names and favorite cocktails of guests and customers has always been a gift that never goes unnoticed. I’m so grateful to have so many loyal friends and customers. Creating new relationships are my favorite. I always look forward to building the best repor with everyone I meet. This mindset has always made me a “favorite” bartender and great at what I do!
